The
above rates are fully inclusive of all Florida state taxes - there
are no hidden extras
Once
you have made a booking we will reply by email to confirm your
reservation and to discuss arrangements for payment. When full
payment has been received, you will be given driving directions
and instructions on how to pick up the key to the house. A £100
($200) deposit against breakages and damages is also required
but will be refunded in full upon departure less any breakages
or damage.
The
house is available from 4:00pm on the day of arrival and should
be vacated by 10:00am on the morning of departure. There is no
refund for early departures. Bookings of 3 nights or less will
be charged a departing cleaning fee of £35.00 ($50). The
property is clean upon guest arrival and cleaned upon guest departure.
All fresh linen and towels are supplied and the house also has
it's own Washer/Dryer for your use.
A maximum
of 6 people may occupy the house. No house parties are permitted
and we request that you maintain the property in as good a state
as you found it. You are responsible for and must agree to replace
or pay for any incurred expenses, loss, breakage, or damage.
